Stephanie Frink

Stephanie Frink is a seasoned real estate broker and independent contractor specializing in emergency management. Currently serving as a real estate broker at NorthGroup Real Estate since August 2024 and previously at eXp Realty and ERA Strother Real Estate, Stephanie excels in connecting clients with their ideal homes and providing exceptional service. In addition to real estate, Stephanie operates Frink Emergency Solutions, focusing on developing emergency and disaster plans and producing operations plans compliant with governmental guidelines. Stephanie's background includes significant roles at FEMA, where responsibilities ranged from responding to emergencies to managing documentation records, as well as coordinating training exercises in public health emergency management with Santa Clara County. An accomplished volunteer, Stephanie has also supported victims of sexual assault as a cold case victim advocate. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls and specialized training in emergency management.
