David Pasquier

David Pasquier is currently the Chief Architect Deputy at Etat de Vaud since 2013. David is also a Member of Innovation Lab at the same organization. David co-constructs the innovation lab using agile startup methods to generate disruptive, improvement, or acceleration ideas for business projects. Prior to this role, David held various positions such as Product Enabler, Program Manager for Digital Workplace, End-user workplace and mobility practice manager at Etat de Vaud. David has also worked as an Application Lifecycle Consultant for Nespresso at HP Software from 2007 to May 2013. With a background in Telecommunication Engineering and Enterprise Management, David has a wealth of experience in project management, solution architecture, and test management.
