Joshua Plata is a Technical Support Engineer at eRAD since June 2019, specializing in medical imaging software and radiology information systems. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Technician at the National Service Center, a Technical Specialist I at International Vitamin Corporation, and various IT positions including network analysis and helpdesk support. Joshua possesses strong troubleshooting skills, extensive knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems, and has experience with Active Directory, Cisco switches, and virtualization environments. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Applied Science in Network Security from ECPI University.
