Eva Schikker

Eva Schikker is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in corporate recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the owner of E.V.A. (Eva's Vacancy Advice) and working as an interim corporate (tech) recruiter for Eraneos since October 2021. Previous roles include interim recruiter positions at Leiden University Medical Center and Universiteit Leiden, as well as expertise in talent attraction at EY. Schikker also has a background as a senior consultant at de Recruiter, where deep market knowledge was leveraged to facilitate recruitment. Earlier career experience includes various roles in IT recruitment at Michael Page. Schikker holds a Master’s degree in History and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
