Radhika Bhardwaj

Radhika Bhardwaj has five years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Radhika began their career in 2012 as an Associate-Operations at WNS Global Services, where their responsibilities included Secondary Research, name Generation Projects, Talent Mapping, Company Reports and Database Management. In 2013, they joined EDGE Executive Search Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Consultant. Her job responsibilities included Sourcing, Screening, Segregation, Interviewing, Follow-up and SPOC for candidates.
