Jip Dresia

Jip Dresia currently serves as a Trainer at LauncHER, an online training platform focused on empowering women leaders in early-stage, social impact-oriented, tech-enabled startups. Jip has also held various roles at the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship since June 2019, including Education & Partnerships Lead and Manager of Startup Programmes. Prior experience includes a position in the policy cluster at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Oman and a role in Development & Outreach at Human Rights Watch. Jip's consultancy work at Xynteo involved researching refugee integration in the Dutch labor market. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Public International Law from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Leiden University College The Hague, alongside degrees in Law from Erasmus School of Law.
