Amber Hof

Amber Hof is currently a PhD student in the Department of Cell Biology at Erasmus MC, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Amber served as a campus manager and tutor at HIP from September 2022 to May 2023. Additional experience includes completing an MSc research internship at the Nederlands Herseninstituut under the supervision of Dr. Evgenia Salta and another at the Molecular Neuroscience group at the Swammerdam Institute for Life Sciences, University of Amsterdam, under Dr. Marco Hoekman. Prior to these research roles, Amber worked as an assistant swimming instructor at Sportinstituut De Winter Sport and in a webshop position at Chillyhilversum. Amber holds a Master's degree in Molecular Neuroscience and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, both from the University of Amsterdam, as well as an Atheneum diploma in Natural & Technical Sciences and Natural Sciences from A. Roland Holst College.
