Miguel Pereira

Miguel Pereira is an accomplished anesthesiologist with extensive experience in various hospital and emergency medical settings. Currently serving as an anesthesiologist at Hospital da Horta since April 2023, Miguel also holds positions as an anesthesiologist consultant at Centro Hospitalar Universitário do Porto since 2009 and as a medical anesthesiologist at multiple institutions including Lusíadas Saúde and Hospital da Luz Arrábida. Additionally, Miguel is an Advanced Life Support instructor with the ERC European Resuscitation Council and a full instructor with the European Trauma Course. With a solid educational background that includes a graduate degree in Medicine from Universidade do Porto and a diploma in Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Miguel has also contributed to the field as an examiner for the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care.
