Marcus Schramm

Marcus Schramm is an experienced professional in management and engineering, currently serving as Managing Director at ERCO since April 2012, with a focus on human resources, purchasing, and supply chain. Additionally, Marcus is a member of the supervisory board at Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid GmbH since June 2013. Prior roles include Head of Production at KraussMaffei from November 2007 to April 2012, Head of Industrial Engineering at Knorr-Bremse from January 2005 to November 2007, and Assistant to a Board Member overseeing company strategy and assembly systems at Siemens from March 1998 to January 2005. Marcus holds a Diplom-Ingenieur and Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University, and has also studied at the University of Southern California and Ruhr University Bochum, where a Vordiplom in Mechanical Engineering was earned.
