Santhosh Kompally, P.Eng, PMP®, CSSBB, is an Engineering Project Manager at ERCO Worldwide since May 2021, responsible for program management throughout the program life cycle, including governance, progress monitoring, risk management, and change management. Previous experience includes serving as Project Manager at JAMESWAY, where Santhosh managed various projects and addressed customer technical inquiries, and as Lead Engineer at Baker Hughes, where leadership was provided for the development and certification of a complex safety system. Earlier positions include managing programs for aircraft engines at GE Aviation and leading a dynamic prediction process at GE Power & Water. Santhosh holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and a certification in Data Science and Big Data Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
