Davida Dwyer

Davida Dwyer is the Sr. Corporate Counsel at ERCOT, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Davida Dwyer served at the Public Utility Commission of Texas from January 2008 to July 2021, holding multiple titles including Deputy Director of the Legal Division, Head of Enforcement, and various attorney positions. In these roles, Davida Dwyer represented public interest in contested cases, handled legal research, and provided assessments on decisions and settlements. Davida Dwyer holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law and both a B.A. in Government and a B.S. in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
