Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at ERCOT is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the operational efficiency of the organization. This team oversees all aspects of ERCOT’s operations, including system planning, financial management, human resources, public affairs, security and compliance, corporate strategy, and system operations. By coordinating across various departments, the Leadership Team aims to maintain the reliability and resilience of Texas's electric grid while meeting regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.
