Ilona Hars

Ilona Hars is an experienced embroidery design professional, currently serving as an Embroidery Design Developer at Erdem since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing embroidery development and ensuring quality standards from trials to production. Previously, Ilona worked with Jenny Packham and as a self-employed designer and seamstress, assisting independent designers with sampling and production. Ilona's extensive background also includes significant roles at Ralph & Russo, Suzie Turner, and Marios Schwab, where management, design, and technical skills were honed. Ilona holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from Istituto Marangoni London, earned in 2018.
