Logan Collins is currently the Chief of Staff at Erdos Miller Inc. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Birkman from November 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they developed and implemented a company-wide Decision Making Process that included SWOT analysis, alternative selection/implementation, and stage-gate reviews which focused the organization on strategic work to be executed with the flexibility to re-prioritize quickly. Logan also directed the work of the Finance department following the departure of the company’s VP of Finance through the arrival of a new CIO, maintaining financial operations with no impact to clients. In addition, they led AR audits of select client accounts, discovering +$300k in accrued revenue, and created detailed documentation for collection requests. Lastly, they created a software/subscription tracking tool that provided clarity within departmental budget needs for systems and services, improving budgets with these additional details.

Before their time as Director of Operations, Logan Collins was the Interim Software Development Manager at Birkman from February 2019 to June 2019. Prior to that role, they were a Project Manager at Birkman from August 2018 to October 2019. Before Birkman, Logan Collins was a Project Manager, Lower 48 Field Data Capture Front End Loading at ConocoPhillips from November 2017 to March 2018.

Logan Collins has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, they have certification from Birkman as a Birkman Certified Professional and from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.

Logan Collins reports to Kenneth Miller, CEO & Founder. Logan Collins works with Zach Gaston - Chief Revenue Officer, Jesse Bonilla - Production Lead, and Chris Conger - President.
