George Drakesmith

George Drakesmith is a Senior Associate at Erevena, having joined the business as part of the integration of New Peak Partners into the wider Erevena organisation in January 2021.

He specialises in advising high growth tech start-ups and global technology companies on senior enterprise sales hires. George has successfully executed searches to build out disruptive B2B and B2C sales teams across Europe and North America. He also works on VP Marketing searches for VC and PE backed software companies.

His recent clients include Andjaro (backed by Balderton Capital), Codility (backed by Kennet Partners and Oxx) and Tricentis (backed by Wipro Ventures and Insight Partners).

George graduated from the University of Exeter in 2017 with a Law degree.
