Jefferson Thiel

Jefferson Thiel is an experienced professional currently serving as Site Manager at Ereztech since March 2021. Previously, Jefferson held various roles at Entegris from 2014 to September 2022, including RND & NPD Production Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the production of numerous chemistries and leading cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in semiconductor device fabrication. As LVM & NPD Production Manager, Jefferson oversaw staff growth and the establishment of an on-the-job training program. Jefferson's expertise in lean management resulted in enhanced production efficiency during tenure as LVM & NPD Manufacturing Lead. Earlier in Jefferson's career, service in the US Army as a Special Forces Demolition Engineer and Infantryman provided valuable skills and experience. Jefferson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Washington.
