Paola Torre

Paola Torre has a diverse work experience in the energy sector. Paola is currently working as an HR Business Partner for Wind & Solar Italy at ERG SpA since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Performance Analyst at ERG POWER GENERATION S.P.A. from January 2017 to December 2021. Additionally, they have experience at ERG Renew SpA as a Performance Control from April 2012 to January 2017, and at ERG Spa as a Performance Control from January 2003 to March 2012. Furthermore, they worked as a Data Analyst at ERG Petroli S.p.A. in 2002. In 2021, they also served as a Role Model at Sistema Scuola Impresa elis, where their role involved inspiring and encouraging students in recognizing their talents and discovering their professional vocations.

From 1991 to 1996, Paola Torre attended Liceo Scientifico. Following this, from 1996 to 2001, they pursued a degree in Laurea Ingegneria Chimica at Università degli Studi di Genova.
