Stefania Ricci has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Stefania began their career in 1998 at Prosegur as the Resp. Risorse Umane - Italia, where they worked until January 2004. In 2007, they joined ERG SpA and held various positions including Professional and Talent management & acquisition. Since January 2008, they have been involved in Talent Management & People Engagement - Learning at ERG SpA, where they currently hold the position of Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & People Engagement - Learning.
