My 3 dream dinner guests would be: Simon Sinek, Adam Grant, Dumbledore
If there were 25 hours in a day, I'd spend the extra hour: There aren't 25 hours in a day already?! ;)
If I could compete in an event at the Olympics, it'd be: Figure skating [if I could figure skate]
Are you a cat or a dog person (or neither?)
Dog person. BIG BIG dog person. In my next life, I want to come back as Big Kev [my dog, who's a Mini Newfypoo]. Otherwise, it's a tough call between a Tibetan Terrier or a Briard
What's your communication style?
Verbose ;) far better at keeping things concise and relevant verbally....my written comms style has a lot of "[ ]" & a healthy number of "( )" [apparently I'm turning the team onto it!] Descriptor words: some combination of whimsical, candid, and exceptionally passionate (depending upon the audience)
What's the best professional advice you ever received?
"You're too young to be comfortable."
What are your strengths?
Curiosity might have killed the cat, but I think my genuine fascination for a bizarre yet impressive variety of topics is a strength of mine. The fact that I'm an exceptional Googler and look up almost everything I hear/ read only serves to fuel that fire.
Personally, I'd like to think my greatest strength is my commitment and dedication to my team [and this extended team!]. Perhaps it's an occupational hazard, but there is truly no better feeling in the world than seeing a team member really hit their stride.
How do you like to run meetings?
In an ideal world, efficiently. In the real world, they're a work in progress. But I like my team meetings to be personal first, professional second...and highly interactive.
