Mark Sebastian Pütz

Mark Sebastian Pütz is an experienced professional in digital learning and talent management, currently serving as a Consultant for Digital Learning and Global Talent Management at ERGO Group AG since June 2020. Prior to this role, Mark took a sabbatical in April 2020 and led the Digital Learning initiatives at thyssenkrupp from December 2014 to March 2020. Mark's career includes positions as eLearning Team Lead at toom Baumarkt, Business Development Manager/Head of Digital Media at Studienkreis GmbH, and Project Lead at ZWH - Zentralstelle für die Weiterbildung im Handwerk. Mark holds a Diplom in Pädagogik from the University of Duisburg-Essen, a Ph.D. in Mediendidaktik from the same institution, and several certifications in management and learning including Certified Learning Officer and P3 for Future Leadership.
