Radosław Kalinowski is an accomplished professional in IT automation with extensive experience in managing teams and projects focused on robotic process automation (RPA). Currently serving as the Head of IT Automation at ERGO Hestia since November 2018, Radosław leads a team of 12 UiPath developers and is responsible for agile project management, RPA environment oversight, and quality assurance of robotic solutions. Previous roles include a consultant position at Intelligent Automation by NORIAN and a Junior Process Engineer at iQor, where Radosław specialized in customer service automation and operating system installation optimization. Radosław holds a degree in Teleinformatics from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki w Łodzi and has a foundational background in electronic technology from Technikum Elektroniczne w Bydgoszczy.
