Thomas Britton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both information technology and the culinary arts. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Hogsalt since March 2021, Thomas has previously held positions as an IT Support Specialist at Dimo's Pizza and as Tour Manager and Event Manager at FreakShow & Tell, where significant sales achievements and client retention were accomplished. Earlier experience in the culinary field includes roles as a Line Cook at Hillstone Restaurant Group and Rick Bayless’ Frontera Fresco, where high-volume service and adherence to fine dining standards were paramount. Additionally, Thomas has bartending experience at Tommy Nevins Pub, managing inventory and training new staff while creating unique beverages. Thomas holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago.
