Stephen Martinolich

Stephen Martinolich has over 30 years of experience in engineering roles across multiple industries, including project management, manufacturing, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Ergon, Inc. since May 2012, Stephen manages multi-disciplined capital projects and collaborates with Corporate Engineering and Corporate Maintenance staff. Prior experience includes positions at Raytheon, Eaton Aerospace, Delphi, and various engineering companies, where Stephen has garnered expertise in production processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and team leadership. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University, obtained between 1986 and 1992.
