Lenny Hermans

Lenny Hermans has extensive experience in personnel management and coaching, currently serving as Team Leader of External Placements at Ergon since February 2008, where responsibilities include detachment, mediation, coaching, and guiding employees from social work provisions. Lenny has also worked as a Reintegration Consultant, focusing on reintegration trajectories for individuals with significant barriers to the labor market. Prior to Ergon, Lenny served as a mentor for individuals with intellectual disabilities at Stichting Mentorschap ZuidOost Brabant and held various HR roles at NXP, Villa Happ, and Jules Goossens Bliksembeveiliging. Lenny holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and completed several masterclasses in strategic personnel management and coaching at NCOI Business School.
