Suzon Spierings

Suzon Spierings has extensive experience in human resources and workforce development, currently serving as an HR-adviseur at Ergon since January 2005, focusing on personnel provision, implementing HR regulations, and providing coaching for management. Additionally, Suzon has worked as a Trajectconsulent, designing and implementing labor development programs. Concurrently, Suzon is a co-trainer for the Melbamethodiek at Van Hooff Arbeidskundig Advies, providing training and coaching. Earlier experiences include serving as a project coordinator at Stichting Werkpost, where responsibilities included labor observation and training for individuals with labor limitations, and various roles at Meare - Brugprojekt involving work testing and supervision. Suzon's educational background includes degrees in health care management, motivational interviewing, and certification in the Melbamethodiek, among others.
