Ralph Lambers

Ralph Lambers has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ralph started their career as a Trainee at De Globe Foundries N.V. and then went on to work as a Trainee at Clement Lastechniek B.V. and Tampereen Teollisuussähkö Oy / TTS Technologies Oy. Ralph worked as a Workshop Assistant at Lambers Transporten B.V. for eight years before joining the Berner Group as a Product Manager, responsible for a large portfolio of technical consumables. Ralph then progressed to roles such as Segment Development Manager, Market Manager, and eventually became the Marketing Director at the company. After leaving the Berner Group, Lambers joined Ergonomic Solutions as a Product Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for product development, technical sales support, and managing the commercial side of the product portfolio. Ralph later became the Chief Product Officer (CPO), overseeing the complete product provision process. Throughout their career, Lambers has been a member of various management teams and has shown expertise in product management, market management, pricing, marketing communications, and online presence.

Ralph Lambers has a diverse education history. In 1993, they obtained a diploma in HAVO (high school) from Philips van Horne SG. Later, in 1999, they completed a vocational study in Mechanical Engineering at ROC Eindhoven, earning another diploma. Ralph then pursued a Bachelor of Marketing in International Business and Languages at Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2006. During their time at Avans, Ralph also participated in an exchange study at Karlstad University in 2003, receiving course certificates. In 2005 and 2006, they attended Fachhochschule Hof, where they obtained a Diploma in International Management (Dipl. Betriebswirt (fh)).

Ralph continued to expand their knowledge and skills through various courses that are not specified in terms of start and end years. In 2010, they undertook a course in Organizational Change Management at Proacteur, becoming a Certified Change Manager. Additionally, they became a Certified NLP Business Practitioner in 2012 by completing a program at Mindstep that focused on Neuro Linguistic Psychology.

More recently, Ralph attended Compass Lean Akademi in 2014, specializing in LEAN management. In 2023, they attended Ledernes Kompetencecenter, studying Sustainable Leadership / Bæredygtig Ledelse.
