Michael Casey Ellison

Michael Casey Ellison has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Michael Casey began their career in 1994 as a Lieutenant at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where they were responsible for supervising and training correctional officers. Michael Casey then worked at Dillards as a Sales Support Manager, overseeing various responsibilities such as training staff, managing housekeeping, and supervising the shipping and receiving docks.

In 2005, Michael moved into a Retail Sales Manager position at CompUSA, where they managed a team and handled tasks like customer service, dispute resolution, and technology troubleshooting. Michael Casey achieved significant success during their tenure, leading the store to second place in a regional sales tracker.

From 2006 to 2009, Michael worked as a Community Project Manager at Marcus Martin Home Builder, LLC, where they managed the implementation and coordination of multi-million dollar communities. Michael Casey was involved in client interactions, contractual negotiations, marketing, and new home sales. Michael Casey also designed and deployed extensive marketing strategies.

In 2009, Michael joined AT&T as an Outside Plant Technician, focusing on conditioning twisted pair copper wires for U-Verse upgrades. Michael Casey then transitioned to Telepak Networks, Inc. as a Network Administrator CCNA, where they designed, deployed, and troubleshooted various networks. Michael Casey gained extensive experience in network security, routing and switching, and working with Cisco devices and protocols.

Next, Michael joined Venari Resources in 2013 as a Network Administrator CCNA, specializing in the Oil & Gas industry. There, they managed a wide area network, performed security mitigation, and deployed network monitoring utilities.

Currently, Michael is an IT Systems Engineer at ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc., one of the premier IT Managed Service Providers in the Houston area. Michael Casey enjoys the challenges that come with being a Systems Engineer and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, expanding their overall IT skill set.

Michael Casey Ellison has a diverse education history in the field of computer network technology and electronics. Michael Casey first attended Hinds Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Network Security Technology. Michael Casey then returned to Hinds Community College from 2011 to 2013, earning another AAS degree, this time in Computer Network Technology.

In addition to their college education, Michael Casey Ellison has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Notable certifications include CNSS (Committee on National Security Systems) obtained in November 2015, as well as certifications from Cisco, including CCNA ROUTING & SWITCHING, CCNA SECURITY, and CCNP Switch. Michael Casey is also a Certified Meraki Network Associate, certified by Cisco Meraki. Furthermore, they hold the VMware Technical Solutions Professional - Server Virtualization 2015 certification from VMware.
