Rich Fuentes

Rich Fuentes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rich started their career in 2000 as a Utility Locator/Supervisor at Big Sky Locators and later worked as a Utility Locator/Quality Control Supervisor at ELM Locating. In these roles, they were responsible for locating and identifying underground utilities and providing onsite support to PC end users.

In 2010, Rich became the owner of Diablo Locating, where they managed the company's operations until 2012. During this time, they implemented new deployment strategies and introduced proprietary ticket management software.

From 2012 to 2018, Rich worked at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. as an IT Systems Administrator and NOC Operator. In these roles, they managed enterprise-level systems, handled Active Directory and Exchange administration, and ensured system integrity and availability. Rich also oversaw the installation and configuration of new operating systems.

Following this, Rich joined ServerHub as a Customer Support/NOC Tech in 2012, where they were involved in server deployment, migration, virtualization, and maintenance. Rich also provided hardware repair, troubleshooting, and customer support.

In 2012, Rich joined Synergy IT Solutions, LLC as an IT Tech, and later in 2019, they became a Network Engineer at Xlcon. Rich'sresponsibilities in these roles included remote support, network troubleshooting, server configuration, and leading various projects.

Most recently, in 2021, Rich worked as an IT Guru at Chasse Building Team, where they leveraged their IT expertise to support the company's technology needs. Currently, they are a Network Engineer at ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc., where they continue to contribute their skills and knowledge in managing client workstations, servers, and networks.

Rich Fuentes is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. Prior to this, they attended Mesa Community College where they completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network Systems Administration as well as an Associate of Applied Science degree in Linux Network Systems Administration.

Rich Fuentes also graduated from Sierra Joint Union High School in 1990, where they obtained their high school diploma.

In addition to their educational background, Rich Fuentes has obtained several certifications. Rich holds certifications in A+, CCL Linux Associate, CCL Linux Networking Administration, CCL Linux Professional, CCL Technology Support Analyst, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Technology Associate - Security, and Security+. The specific institutions where they obtained these certifications include CompTIA, Mesa Community College, and Microsoft, although the exact dates are not provided.
