Heidi Hintz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heidi currently holds the position of Vice President, Americas Workspace and Channel at Ergotron, where they lead the Workspace Field Sales Team and is responsible for the strategic direction of the Channel in the Americas. Previously, they served as the General Manager at Ergotron Vertical, where they were accountable for driving profitable growth and establishing strong relationships with re-seller and distribution partners. Prior to their time at Ergotron, Heidi worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Inner Matrix Systems, where they played a key role in the growth and global outreach of the program and seminars. Their responsibilities included providing strategic guidance for marketing and sales efforts, leading to significant increases in revenue and social media presence. Before that, they held various positions at Dell, Inc., including Technical Training Director and Technical Senior Sales Leader. In these roles, they oversaw training programs for sales representatives and achieved high revenue targets. Heidi also served as an Instructor at Austin Community College and was the Owner of Get Caught On Time.

Heidi Hintz's education history begins in 1989 when they enrolled at Northeast Bradford Junior/Senior High School. Heidi completed their high school education there in 1995. Following that, from 1995 to 1999, Heidi attended Alvernia University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communication. In 2020, Heidi enrolled at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, where they completed an Executive MBA program in 2021. Additionally, Heidi has obtained two certifications: Sandler Sales Certified Bronze from Sandler in December 2022, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in July 2010.
