Corporate Director Quality And Continuous Improvement at Ergotron

John Berger, PE, MBA, SSMBB has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. John started their career at Emerson Process Management, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and later as a Worldwide Procurement Engineering Manager. In these roles, they supervised engineering teams, managed procurement processes, and led the transfer of operations to new facilities.

After their time at Emerson, John joined Fiserv as a Senior Operations Manager, where they managed a team responsible for custom card design and implementation. John utilized value stream mapping and time studies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. John then transitioned to the role of Director, Quality and Process Improvement, where they established a quality and process improvement methodology and managed a large team of Six Sigma experts.

Currently, John works at Ergotron as the Corporate Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. In this role, they oversee the implementation of quality and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

John Berger holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design & Analysis from the University of Minnesota. John also obtained a Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Strategy & Operations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, John has attained various certifications including Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters, Lean Bronze Certification from SME, and Registered Professional Engineer from the State of Minnesota.
