Saeb Asamarai

Saeb currently leads the global engineering and innovation organization, overseeing strategy development and implementation of key initiatives. He uses a “play to win” mentality to guide product development and process improvements that exceed customer expectations.

He began his career as an assembler with Ergotron in 1998 before working as a senior design engineer, engineering manager and director of engineering focused on healthcare, education and industrial markets. Saeb also served as a consultant for a biomedical company. A dynamic and results-oriented leader, he lives out the values of integrity, leadership and lifelong learning both in and outside the office.

Saeb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing System Engineering from the University of St. Thomas. Him and his wife, Hala, have four children and live in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. In his free time, Saeb enjoys biking, reading, hunting and home improvement projects, as well as spending time with family.
