Ben Marsden

Ben Marsden has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ben started their career as a Trainee Construction Manager at Pendle Vale College in 2007. Ben then worked as an Assistant Construction Manager at various projects, including Marsden Heights College, where they managed fit-out contracts and successfully handed over the school one month early.

In 2011, Ben joined Lendlease and took on the role of Construction Manager on projects such as Moseley College, London Courts, and High Wycombe Magistrates Court, where they ensured timely completion and managed their own floors and contractors.

In 2013, they became a Construction Manager at RAF Odiham MOD, where they gained experience in modular build and counter-terrorism measures in senior ranks accommodation.

In 2014, they became an Associate Project Manager and was responsible for delivering Junior rank single living accommodation (JRSLA) project, using hybrid module buildings and achieving a zero-defect handover.

In 2016, Ben returned to Lendlease as an Associate Project Manager, and in 2017, they became a Project Manager for the enabling works package for the Manchester New Square project, involving heavy civil engineering and hydro demolition.

Most recently, Ben joined Eric Wright Group in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager.

From 2009 to 2011, Ben Marsden attended Preston UCLAN and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction Project Management.
