Joseph Terino

Joseph Terino has over three decades of experience in human resources, holding significant roles in various companies. Starting in 1989 with Unicredit as a Human Resources Manager, they later held roles such as Human Resources Manager at Focus One Media Group International, and at DZ Bank AG, where they served as First Vice President & Human Resources Head. In 2007, they became Director of Human Resources at Standard & Poor's and later transitioned to GlobeOp Financial Services as the Director of Human Resources for North America. Most recently, they worked at Erickson Inc as the Director of People and Culture and later moved up to Vice President of People at Erickson Incorporated in 2022.

Joseph Terino obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Houghton University in 1987. Joseph then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from The New School, graduating in 1997. In 2002, they engaged in continuing education in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at Teachers College, Columbia University.
