Christian Sweetser

Christian Sweetser is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Erickson Senior Living, where they oversee the company's fiscal function and performance. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Silverado, a private-equity backed company delivering residential senior living and hospice services. They have extensive experience in finance and operations, having also worked at Health Care REIT (now Welltower) and Union Pacific Corporation. Christian holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University.
