Ron Hughes

Ron Hughes is an experienced electrical engineer with a solid background in motor drive and industrial motor control systems. Since January 2003, Ron has been employed at Ericson Manufacturing, contributing expertise as an electrical engineer. Prior to this role, Ron served as Controls Engineering Manager at Hubbell Industrial Controls, Inc. from May 1973 to August 2002, focusing on the design and development of various control systems. Earlier in their career, Ron worked as a Development Engineer at Square D Company from December 1968 to May 1973, where responsibilities included solid-state motor drive and control design for adjustable speed pumping systems. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology, earned between 1965 and 1970.
