Ioana Radu

Ioana Radu is the Head of Financial Compliance and Accounting Unit at Ericsson, where they oversee a team of 25 specialists to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation. Previously, Ioana served in various roles, including Senior Tax Advisor at Halliburton and Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte and Mazars, gaining extensive experience in tax compliance and advisory. Ioana holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Finance and Banking from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
