Kavita Chahal

Kavita Chahal is a seasoned leader with extensive expertise in client management, network and digital transformation, and enterprise systems, currently serving as the Head of Data Management for Managed Services at Ericsson since May 2014. Kavita excels in innovating strategies, leading complex digital transitions, and driving profitable growth for customers. Previously, Kavita held roles including Head of Performance and Analytics and Product Area Manager at Ericsson, as well as Senior Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, where a proven track record in enhancing productivity and user satisfaction was established. Prior experience includes serving as Commanding Officer in the Indian Air Force, managing a large team for the deployment of various ICT solutions. Kavita holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University and completed secondary education at Sadhu Vaswani International School.
