Currently serving as Vice President of Global Partner Strategy & Programs at Ericsson, Hutchinson focuses on developing transformative programs to enhance growth for Enterprise Wireless Solution partners. Prior to Ericsson, Hutchinson held several leadership positions at Ciena, where responsibilities included leading the award-winning Ciena Partner Network Ecosystem and driving significant revenue growth. Hutchinson's career also includes roles at Selly Automotive, S2R Execution Bridge LLC, A1 Software Group, Avaya, Nortel Networks, and BellSouth Telecommunications, showcasing a strong track record in strategic planning, partner enablement, and operational excellence. Hutchinson holds an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.
