MajBritt Arfert

MajBritt Arfert is Chief People Officer for Ericsson, a position she has held since April 1, 2017.

Arfert started working for Ericsson right after completing her education, and has extensive experience across the business in the area of Human Resources. She has held various positions within Human Resources.

Between 2001 and 2004, Arfert was Head of Human Resources for Sony Ericsson Germany, based in Germany. Between 2004 and 2006 she served as Head of Human Resources for Business Unit Access and Business Unit Broadband Networks with main focus of integrating staff from Marconi into Ericsson after the acquisition of Marconi in 2005. Between 2007 and 2015 she was Head of Human Resources for Business Unit Support Solutions and has mainly been focusing on driving due diligence and integration of all HR related topics globally for all acquisitions in Media and OSS/BSS for the business unit. Arfert was Head of Human Resources Ericsson Sweden between September 2015 and March 2017. From September 2016 to March 2017 she was Acting Chief Human Resources Officer for Ericsson.

Arfert holds a Bachelor of Human Resources and has also studied Finance at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
