Vanessa Silva

Vanessa Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Transformation Manager at Ericsson since December 2008. Over the years, Vanessa has held various roles including ICT Architect, Quality and Performance Expert, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, among others. In addition to the tenure at Ericsson, Vanessa has contributed to the academic field as a Professor at IBTA and has held positions such as Network Operations Specialist at TelcomNet and Operations Coordinator at Telium Networks. Vanessa holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and another in Project Management from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP, along with a Technician degree in Information Technology from ETEC.
