Vidya Krishnan

Vidya Krishnan is the Chief Learning Officer and Global Head of Learning & Development at Ericsson, leveraging extensive experience in enhancing employee and customer experiences to drive profitable growth. With a focus on fostering a strong teaching culture, Vidya is a key member of Ericsson's Global People Leadership team. Previous roles include Head of Competence & Capability Consulting, Learning Services, overseeing a significant North American learning consulting business, and Director of Wireless Engineering & Operations, managing engineering and operations for 4G and 3G technologies following Ericsson's acquisition of Nortel. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at AT&T, where responsibilities included SONET network design and planning. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, both in Electrical Engineering.
