Xian Sun-Ilmonen currently serves as the Director of Strategic Marketing at Ericsson, a position held since June 2014, where responsibilities include leading the marketing initiatives for the Network and Cloud software service portfolio valued at $10 billion in North America. Previously, Xian held several key roles at Ericsson, including Global Campaign Manager for 5G and Networks, where efforts contributed to $20 billion in sales in 2016, and Global Experience & Events Manager, overseeing global event management and cross-functional collaboration. Xian's earlier career at Ericsson included various leadership positions in R&D and Supply from August 2007 to March 2014. Academically, Xian holds an M.Sc in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Telecommunication Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a Master Exchange in International Business from Tsinghua University.
