Lisa Highway

Lisa Highway has extensive experience in recruitment and retention, currently serving as the Director of Recruitment and Retention at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since October 2015. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions as Recruitment Manager and Recruiter within the same organization. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked at the American Red Cross as a Recruitment Manager from February 2006 to May 2015. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo and graduated from Sweet Home High School.
