Natalie Sleap

Natalie Sleap has extensive experience in human resources and customer service. Currently serving in the Human Resources department at Erie County Medical Center Corporation since March 2017, Natalie supports HR business partners in employee relations. Concurrently, Natalie has been a Customer Service Representative at Wegmans Food Markets since December 2009, providing exemplary service during demo sales events and enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized shopping guidance. Past roles include a Marketing Intern position at both CoachMePlus and Erie County Medical Center Corporation, where Natalie conducted market research and assisted with various marketing initiatives. Other internships span event planning with the Kelly For Kids Foundation and front desk duties at Sebastien Grey Clothiers, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
