Ann Walker

Ann Walker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ann started their career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas as a Specialist from 1989 to 1998. Ann then worked at Alliance Community Hospital as a Recruitment Director from 1998 to 2003, where they successfully developed a nurse recruitment program and modernized processes. From 2003 to 2007, they served as an HR Manager at Patriot Software, LLC, managing all facets of Human Resources in a start-up environment. Since 2007, Ann has been with Erie Insurance Group, progressing from Senior Corporate Recruiter to Head of Talent Management. In their current role, they oversee a team and applies talent management strategies throughout the employee lifecycle.

Ann Walker has a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Ann also holds a Master of Science degree from Capella University, specializing in Human Resource Management. In terms of certifications, Ann has received multiple qualifications, including the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation, as well as certifications in various fields such as coaching, leadership, insurance, and human resources.
