Donna Farabaugh

Donna Farabaugh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Donna began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Hamot Health Foundation in December 2007, where they designed and supported ASP web applications, worked with users to determine application requirements, and provided technical support for web-based applications. In 2007, they also joined Erie Insurance Group, starting as a Software Engineer and eventually progressing to various managerial roles. In their most recent role at Erie Insurance, they served as the Director - Chief Engineer, responsible for leading the engineering team. Donna also held positions as the Manager of the Data Center of Excellence and IT Manager in different departments. Prior to joining Erie Insurance, Donna worked at RTM Operations Company as an Operating Partner/Certified Training Manager/Technical Support, where they collaborated with the operations services department and other training managers and programmed video monitoring software. Overall, Donna has a strong background in programming, software engineering, data management, and IT management across multiple industries.

Donna Farabaugh earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus from 1999 to 2008. Donna also obtained certifications including a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2022, an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) from The Institutes in 2018, an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes in 2017, an Associate in Claims (AIC) from The Institutes in 2017, and an Associate in Information Technology (AIT) from The Institutes in 2016. Donna also received a Certificate in General Insurance, an Associate in Information Technology, an Associate in General Insurance, and an Associate in Insurance Services from the Insurance Institute of America, although the years of completion are unknown.
