Kathryn Guard, CPCU, currently serves as a Senior Information Technology Analyst at Erie Insurance Group since April 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as a Senior Business Analyst at TEKsystems, MVP Advisory Group, LLC, Insurity, and OneShield Software, as well as a Senior System Analyst at GEICO. Having communicated effectively between Business departments and IT, Kathryn has ensured the delivery of quality software on time. Additionally, experience includes managing ISO compliance, Medicare compliance, NMVTIS compliance, and collaborating on internal audits at GEICO. Kathryn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State University.
