Matt Roschella

Matt Roschella has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Matt began their career in 1995 as a Senior Vice President at EBI Companies and then worked as a Sales Vice President at RSA from 1999 to 2001. In 2005, they joined PMA Companies as a Senior Account Executive and stayed there until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Engle_Hambright & Davies (EHD) as an Account Executive. Matt then served as the Vice President of Underwriting at Synergy Comp Insurance Company from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Erie Insurance Group, initially as a Risk Control Manager - Operations from 2016 to 2022, and now as the Director of Risk Control.

Matt Roschella obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Safety Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1979 to 1983.
