Meghan Duda Kinter

Meghan Duda Kinter, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Enterprise Strategist at Erie Insurance Group since January 2025. Previously, Meghan held various strategic leadership roles, including Chief, Strategy & Business Development at Achievement Center of LECOM Health and Senior Director of the same division. Meghan has experience as Adjunct Faculty at Penn State Erie and Gannon University, teaching courses in advertising, consumer behavior, and strategic marketing. As CEO of Duda Digital Marketing & Consulting, Meghan acted as an executive strategist and coach in marketing communication and strategic planning, while also being a partner at The Just Cause Collaborative. Meghan's extensive career includes significant contributions to organizations like Mercyhurst University, where growth in enrollment and applications was achieved, and involvement in fundraising initiatives with People for English. Meghan holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Gannon University, along with an MS in Organizational Leadership and a BA in Public Relations and Psychology/Human Resources.
