Mike Fletcher

Mike Fletcher has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Mike started their career in 1988 at USF&G Insurance, where they worked in underwriting and marketing until 1995. Following that, they established their own agency, Fletcher Insurance Agency, where they served as the owner from 1995 to 2003. Since 2003, Mike has been associated with Erie Insurance Group, first as a Branch Manager responsible for growth, profitability, and market share in West Virginia. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Mike Fletcher attended Elkins High School from 1982 to 1984. Mike then studied Marketing at West Virginia Wesleyan College and obtained a B.S. degree from 1984 to 1988.
